Premier Security Services, Inc. was established and incorporated in 1998 in the State of New Jersey. Our managers are career specialists in the security industry and are trained to analyze security problems expeditiously and professionally.

David A. Arnold, President and founder of Premier Security Services, Inc. has more than 15 years of extensive experience in the security industry. His previous work includes eight years as a partner in a licensed security firm and several years as a property manager for a residential complex. Mr. Arnold’s expertise in private security is further enhanced by his broad knowledge and strong relationships with national, state and local law enforcement agencies.

Joseph Cusmano, Director of Operations, has over 15 years of security experience as an Investigator for several food chains and trucking industries in the Metropolitan area. Mr. Cusmano oversees all phases of company operations, supervises all Account Managers and personally coordinates all special events. By being accessible twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week, he has built strong client relationships and solidified ties with local, state and federal law agencies. Mr. Cusmano is also a member of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS).

Giuseppe Minervini, Operations Manager, has over 15 years of extensive experience in the management field with 4 years in the security industry. Giuseppe’s expertise is in the residential and Commercial field. Residential area is basically concierge and doorman as well as security enforcement for residential buildings performing hourly tours of the building property indoor and outdoor. By being accessible twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week, he has built strong client and employee relationships.

Lashon Mitchell, Operations Manager, has over 15 years of security experience and 10 of those spent in a management role. He has been with the company since 2004 and has experience in all facets of the security industry with specialization in the residential area.

Luis Vazquez, Operations Manager joined Premier Security Services in October 2000 as a Security Director and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2005. He brings a broad spectrum of knowledge and experience in law enforcement and the security industry. Luis has over 20 years of experience in the security industry. Luis expertise is in the Retail and Commercial field. He has served as an Auxiliary Police Officer for the City of Passaic NJ and obtained his PTC certification from Passaic County Police Academy. He has also served as a Public Safety Officer with the University of Hartford in Connecticut. His most recent accomplishment was his certification from the Department of Homeland Security (AWR185-1) Frontline Responder Training Course Terrorism Awareness: Protecting Soft Targets.

Nicole Stevens, Director of Human Resources is responsible for supervising the recruitment, fingerprinting, employee drug testing, payroll, employee benefits and reporting to the State of New Jersey. Ms. Stevens is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and holds a PHR Certification.

Christopher Sinisi, Director of Training and Special Programs is a retired Corrections Officer for the Bergen County Sheriff’s Department. Mr. Sinisi works with clients to design specialized training programs and coordinate all CCTV, Fire Alarm and Safety, CPR Certification, and Report Writing training programs. He also volunteers his time as a firefighter and a caretaker for the elderly in Wallington, New Jersey.

Christian Warren, Quality Control Coordinator schedules written and on-site testing, field inspection and off-hour Field Inspection. He monitors all Officer Evaluations and compiles numeric quality scores for quarterly reports. His previous employment includes thirteen years at the Bergen County Sheriff’s Department as a Corrections Officer and three years as a Sheriff’s Officer.

He monitors all Officer Evaluations and compiles numeric quality scores for quarterly reports. Mr.Aponte, has over 15 years of security experience and 3 of those spent in a management role. He has been with the company since 1998 and has experience in all facets of the security industry with specialization in the Corporate and Residential area.
